Refunds, cancellations and fair-use policy.

RecoNudge sells digital audits, monitoring and optimisation support. Because scans and reports are generated digitally, refunds are reviewed based on whether the paid product was delivered as described. If a paid Full Audit or Review Risk Scanner cannot be delivered because of a technical issue on our side, contact support@reconudge.com and we will review the payment.

We do not offer refunds simply because an audit score is lower than expected. The purpose of RecoNudge is to show what the scan can find, where evidence is weak and what can be improved. Low scores, thin scan confidence and difficult findings are part of the product.

Monitoring subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal once active. If you cancel Monitoring, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or RecoNudge shows otherwise. Optimisation Sprint payments and cancellation terms are agreed before work starts.
