Privacy and cookies

Plain-English privacy details.

This page explains the main data RecoNudge uses to run audits, manage accounts, send requested emails and measure marketing performance.

What we collect

RecoNudge collects the details you submit, such as your email address, store URL, audit requests, checklist requests and service enquiries. If you create an account, we also keep the workspace, store and audit records needed to provide the product.

How audits work

When you run an audit, RecoNudge checks public pages on the store URL you provide. The report stores crawled page evidence, product evidence, scores, findings and tasks so you can review the result later.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use optional analytics and advertising tags to understand which pages, ads and campaigns lead to snapshots, enquiries and purchases. These tags only load after you choose Allow in the cookie notice.

Campaign attribution

If you visit from an advert or campaign link, RecoNudge may remember source details such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs or LinkedIn click IDs. This helps us understand which campaigns are useful.

Emails

If you request the checklist or send an enquiry, we may email you about that request and related RecoNudge updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing follow-ups.

Your account data

Logged-in users can export their personal data and request account deletion from Settings. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal or operational reasons.

Questions or requests

For privacy questions, account deletion support or data requests, contact support@reconudge.com.
