Shopify AI Visibility Audit Checklist

Shopify stores often have good product data available somewhere, but AI shoppers still need clear page evidence. This checklist helps you review the Shopify signals that matter before asking AI systems to recommend your products.

Check your top product pages

Your best-selling Shopify products should clearly explain the buyer, use case, product details, proof and delivery reassurance.

  • Product title and description are specific.
  • The page explains who the product is best for.
  • Variants, sizes, colours or compatibility are easy to understand.
  • Reviews and trust proof are visible near the buying decision.

Review collection and navigation context

Collections can help AI understand your category focus. Make sure collection names, intro copy and internal links support the buying questions you want to match.

Check policies and reassurance

Shopify policy pages should use plain English. Returns, delivery, contact, warranty and FAQ pages should be linked clearly from product pages and the footer.

Validate structured product data

Shopify themes and apps often output product schema, but it can still be incomplete. Check price, availability, brand, images, product identifiers and review markup where relevant.

Run a Shopify AI visibility check

RecoNudge scans public Shopify pages and shows whether product clarity, trust signals and product data are strong enough for a useful first read.
