How RecoNudge reports are delivered.
RecoNudge is a digital product. Audit results, Review Risk Scanner reports, AI Questions tracking and before-after reports are delivered through the dashboard. There is no physical shipping. Delivery time depends on the store size, the number of pages being checked and whether product pages need browser rendering.
Most Free Snapshot and Full Audit scans start immediately after they are created. Larger stores can take a few minutes because RecoNudge reads pages, checks product data, filters false positives and calculates scan confidence. If a report fails because of a technical issue, contact support@reconudge.com with the audit link.
Free Snapshot reports are delivered inside the RecoNudge dashboard after the scan completes.
Full Audit reports are delivered digitally after checkout and scan processing.
Monitoring access starts after Stripe confirms the subscription.
Optimisation Sprint work is scheduled after enquiry review and written agreement.
